We will issue a unique URL that is specific to your organisation. Our evidence-based assessment will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Depending on which package you choose we have two levels of reporting: an executive summary and a more comprehensive detailed analysis.
Our executive summary, powered by the Health of Business algorithm, offers the ability to benchmark against our growing data pool whilst also highlighting the areas that are important to your employees and their level of satisfaction with those areas. Being able to slice the data to include the relative importance to your employees is a powerful tool for retaining talented team members.
Our detailed summary has all the benefits of the executive summary whilst overlaying additional observations, recommendations, and suggested resources to help you have all the information to hand to determine what, if any, next steps you would like to take as an organisation.
Once your employees have taken the time to give their feedback and the analysis and recommendations have been reported back it is then time to decide what steps to take.
