Understanding the Health of Business process
Our simple four stage process allows you to take direct action to eliminate the sources of unnecessary stress within your organisation.
Our evidence-based assessment combined with our data analytic algorithm provides the ability to measure, benchmark and understand the wellbeing within your organisation. Your employees' feedback is anonymous and therefore authentic. You can use their voice to understand what motivates them and drives their wellbeing whilst uncovering current successes positively influencing wellbeing within your organisation.
A complimentary session to see if there is a potential fit between us. Let us invest some time to understand what you are trying to achieve and how employee wellbeing can affect organizational performance, and whether we may be able to help.
Let us start our journey together and schedule time to discuss further.
We will issue a unique URL that is specific to your organisation. Our evidence-based assessment will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. We pride ourselves on guaranteeing 100% anonymity for all participants of our assessment. This ensures everyone has the chance to have their voice heard and you get authentic insights.
Depending on which package you choose we have two levels of reporting: an executive summary and a more comprehensive detailed analysis.
Powered by the Health of Business algorithm, offers the ability to benchmark against our growing data pool whilst also highlighting the areas that are important to your employees and their level of satisfaction with those areas. Being able to slice the data to include the relative importance to your employees is a powerful tool for retaining talented team members.
Our detailed summary has all the benefits of the executive summary whilst overlaying additional observations, recommendations, and suggested resources to help you have all the information to hand to determine what, if any, next steps you would like to take as an organisation.
Once your employees have taken the time to give their feedback and the analysis and recommendations have been reported back it is then time to decide what steps to take.
If you are happy with all your scores, we have built a communication plan and resources to help you spread the positive message.
Where organisations decide that scores are not to their expectation and decide to act, the process will typically split into one of three areas.
In-house capabilities – you take the assessment output and insights and use your resources to focus on the improvement areas of importance to you.
