QUESTIONS WE'VE BEEN ASKED

WILL YOU HELP US IDENTIFY AND IMPLEMENT CHANGES?

Our evidence-based assessment will allow you to identify which parts of your business and strategy are causing the largest amount of stress for your employees.  Our Wellbeing + programme helps delve into these areas to map out the process, identify root cause issues and put sustainable solutions in place.

IS STRESS THE CONCERN OF OUR ORGANISATION?

Stress costs organisations in the UK £6.5Bn and US companies $300Bn each year.  A recent survey reports that 89% of respondents said that their work life balance is getting worse.

IS THERE A COST FOR THIS SERVICE?

There is a charge for the evidence-based assessments, consultations and coaching that we offer.   Many clients are pleasantly surprised by the affordability and that the cost for a regular assessment is less than a takeaway coffee each month per person.

There is also a cost to not taking proactive steps for your organisation;  £6.5Bn in the UK and $300Bn in US companies each year. We do offer a range of free-to-access business, psychology research, and wellbeing and mindfulness resources.

OUR ORGANISATION ALREADY SUPPORTS OUR EMPLOYEES WITH COUNSELLING SERVICES, WHY SHOULD WE ENGAGE WITH ANOTHER WELLBEING COMPANY?

We are really pleased to hear that your organisation has identified that the wellbeing of your employees is important.  Many organisations offer support at the point it is needed.  Our mission is to help identify issues ahead of time so that you can remove the root causes before they manifest as both lower wellbeing and reduced business performance.

Alongside this we offer a full end-to-end solution that provides confidential access to a range of experienced coaches and NLP practitioners.

HOW IS YOUR ASSESSMENT/SURVEY DIFFERENT TO OTHERS?

Our evidence-based assessment supports both the employer and employee.  Many surveys which claim to be anonymous are known to provide granular detail in a report, which can erode trust between employees and the employer.  Our executive summary ensures anonymity which helps to enhance the quality of the data we collate.  In addition, our Wellbeing + programme offers support in uncovering the root causes of stress factors within your organisation and uses a proven framework to ensure improved business results and performance.

IS THERE A LEGAL OBLIGATION TO SUPPORT OUR STAFF WITH THEIR WELLBEING?

This may vary by country and a local legal advisor will be able to confirm this for you. Notwithstanding this, it is our belief that this topic goes beyond any legal requirement and is an ethical expectation of employees.  We have a generation of talented people that are looking to join organisations that truly value their people.

For those organisations in the UK the Health and Safety Executive does stipulate six factors which should be evaluated to manage stress at work.  There is also case law (Helen Green vs Deutsche Bank, 2006) where £800k award was given to the claimant.
